    The challengesGlobal economy and pandemic situation has slow down the economy and affect local building construction demand and in order to maintain market leadership need to provide innovative solution to maintain customer loyalty and maintain profitability at healthy level. Develop innovation solution to provide the most competitive solution through product development and continuous improvement. Control the fix cost in order to maintain healthy GM, through tight cost monitoring and rationalize the number headcount.
