    The good things1. Pemandangan alamnya bagus 2. Tiket pulang dibiayai dan diakomodasi sampai ke rumah.
    The challenges1. rooster 3 bulan 1 kali 2. kebanyakan menggunakan bahasa mandarin sehingga manajemen dapat dikendalikan oleh translator. 3. kurangnya penghargaan terhadap tenaga kerja pribumi (WNI) 4. Karir dan tunjangan tidak jelas. 5. Tidak ada kenaikan gaji. 6. Manajemen tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. 7. Tidak ada fasilitas pendukung HAM pekerja.
