The teachers at Sempoa SIP feel satisfaction in teaching children, particularly in teaching mathematics and mental arithmetic methods. They gain valuable experience that teaches them patience and understanding of each child's uniqueness in learning. The teachers also feel satisfaction in seeing the progress and improvement of children in learning, as well as receiving gratitude from parents.

However, there are challenges in dealing with children of different abilities, particularly in persuading unruly children to learn and concentrate in class. Additionally, there is a challenge in adjusting children's learning schedules with other activities at home or school, resulting in occasional breaks or leave from learning.
