I think what i have been thinking since i work here is that being a lecturer here trully needs a lot of effort. I must find another job to increase my income.The good thingsA. Giving lessons in the class
B. Meeting students&other lectures,who are coming from different background
C. Working with teams which produce different thought
The challengesA.Small sallary
B. Sometimes hard to reconcille with the situations
C. To make advance in this field in this place i think takes so much effort. Less supportive invitation to make a goal in a certain level of carrer.
D. Poor managerial skill within the organization
