    The good thingsI am really enjoy working witb RedDoorz. - Team Work - Worklife Balance - Emphaty - Working Tools - Compesation & Benefits - Employee Engagement. Once you become a RedDy (Reddoorz Employee) you will be able to get those kind of things. I never get those things before (completely) thats why I come back to be RedDy again after fews years. Thank You RedDoorz

    Its an Amazing Journey
    The good thingsRedDoorz is a start up Hospitality Company, which means that Working here is completely fast and dynamic. As a employee we are given freedom to develop our self and create good experience. Management team is very supportive to ideas that was given by their employee. The company also always give good rewards to each employee that are performing very well! So far it has been an amazing journey working with RedDoorz
    The challengesIts a start up company, that means you have to jointly work with the team to build an effective procedure. There was no written manual to follow. However this also give freedom to employee to bring their innovation to achieve target that is given.
