    The good thingsi've join here already 4 years, and i am really grateful to be here, this company value and appreaciate your work. Flexible time, good benefit like insurance for your family also BPJS. I remember when in pandemic situation the company still survive and give the best for the employee. The most think i proud so much for this company , they have a nice and warm value, once of the value is People centricity which is the company embrace the diversity ,they respect etnich , race and religion. outside there, some people really difficult to find a job if you wearing a hijab. Do not worry in this company they embrace di diversity. This is really confort me so much . Thank you for such a warm and nice value.
    The challengesThe system change several times and we have to adapt it well . But i think 4 years i've been here as long as we listen and learn well There is no big issue. Everything is nice to be here
