    The good thingsOffers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility in balancing professional and personal responsibilities.
    The challenges- The company tends to be very cost-conscious to the point of being stingy. - No performance bonus is provided. - No annual bonus is offered. - Overtime work is not compensated. - Salaries are not subject to annual increases.

    If you’re looking to gain experience, develop knowledge, and advance your career, this is definitely not the place. There is no clear system, no SOPs, many of the responsibilities assigned are inappropriate, and there is no investment whatsoever in the development of the people working here. The only options are: you either work here as it is, or leave. That's how the Founder set up the culture here

    The challenges- Micro managing by FOUNDER, make day to day operational work in a mess; - No advancement of career, unless you are one of the favorite of Founder; - Didn't care at all with People, no planning or training whatsoever to develop people - Founder didn't know how to run a company, everything a mess under the founder - Toxic positivity WILL develop in this company

    The good thingsWork arrangement that is flexible really helpful. Supportive team and all around great leadership from the top management.
    The challengesAll different clients create a varying needs and request, it is a bit challenging to manage, but with the help of supportive team, it is more manageable.

    The good thingsI am very interested in businesses and emerging markets in Southeast Asia and I think this company has a good team that can help develop my skills and soft skills to suit this industry. Talking about graphic design and the creative industry, I think I have enough experience with handling graphic design projects as a designer or creative director in my own design studio, or as an expert to handle design projects in government and several companies. I have this experience for 5 years in the world of graphic design and creative industries
    The challengesI'm not used to the atmosphere of working in an office and also my English language skills are still lacking so I still need to learn a lot. And if I am accepted by the Bali branch of the EMerhub I have to bring my small family there because I live in Bandung so I will need to adapt to a new environment.

    Great place to have a family but not for career development
    The good thingsLingkungan yang menyenangkan dengan keakraban antar departemen yang cukup baik. Melatih tanggung jawab lebih karena pekerjaan dilakukan masing masing.
    The challengesWorkload yang diberikan tidak seimbang. Micromanaging kerap dilakukan. Keputusan dan tanggung jawab atas klien dipegang oleh PIC masing masing sehingga kurang control. Terlalu fokus pada sales tapi tidak operasional delivery kepada klien. Tidak ada karier path yang jelas.
