If you’re looking to gain experience, develop knowledge, and advance your career, this is definitely not the place. There is no clear system, no SOPs, many of the responsibilities assigned are inappropriate, and there is no investment whatsoever in the development of the people working here. The only options are: you either work here as it is, or leave. That's how the Founder set up the culture here

The challenges- Micro managing by FOUNDER, make day to day operational work in a mess;
- No advancement of career, unless you are one of the favorite of Founder;
- Didn't care at all with People, no planning or training whatsoever to develop people
- Founder didn't know how to run a company, everything a mess under the founder
- Toxic positivity WILL develop in this company
