    Bagus untuk tempat belajar SAP otodidak, tidak ada senior karena rata-rata karyawan setelah 3 tahun pasti resign.
    The good thingsTeman kerja yang baik, tempat belajar yang baik untuk orang-orang yang senang belajar otodidak, tempat makan lumayan dekat dan affordable, proses rekrutmen mudah review CV (kampus dan ipk sangat berpengaruh) dan interview via WA call.
    The challengesHarus bisa belajar otodidak, kontrak kerja 3 tahun, ijazah ditahan, penalty 100jt, untuk mencapai KPI yang baik tidak mudah, kenaikan gaji berdasarkan KPI, gaji yang rendah.

    kalau bisa cari tempat lain aja yg lebih benefit
    The good thingstidak ada hal baik disini kecuali teman-teman yg suportif dulu, sekarang gatau karena udah pada resign
    The challenges1. Gaji rendah 2. Fasilitas kantor banyak yg rusak dan tidak mau perbaiki seperti air, toilet dan karpet berdebu 3. Manajemen sangat toxic, dimana kata2 yg dilontarkan tidak mencontohkan leader 4. lembur tidak dibayarkan 5. Kontrak 3 tahun denda 100 juta tapi tidak ada pelatihan 6. Klo kurang sdm di project, baru satu bulan karyawan dipaksa terjun bahkan tanpa senior 7. Tidak ada bonus atau apresiasi hanya ada kata tq

    The good thingsToxic company and management. Employee assigned to project without senior and guide. Working overtime without pay. There are no BPJS and project bonus only prorate THR. PKWT is not paid by the company after the contract ends.
    The challengesWorking without experts and management always assessing employee mistakes. Communication is lacking because the owner and project manager is not professional. Salary is underpaid.
