    Ultimately, my experience was undermined by poor leadership practices, where creativity was ignored, managers lacked authority, and decisions were imposed without consideration for the team.
    The good thingsHow do I put this? Well the only good thing about this place is that all the colleagues are nice and fun to work with
    The challengesOne of the directors tends to manage the office in a highly subjective manner, relying more on personal preferences than objective standards. As a result, managers often lack the authority or control to fully protect and support their subordinates, which creates an environment where employees feel undervalued. Creativity and fresh ideas are frequently overlooked, as decisions are made rigidly without room for open discussion or flexibility. This top-down, inflexible approach not only limits innovation but also affects team morale, making it challenging for employees to feel engaged and motivated in their work.
