    Saya banyak belajar ilmu baru dan menambah skill saat kerja di perusahaan ini. Untuk freshgraduate sangat saya anjurkan untuk belajar dari sini. Untuk career growth/kenaikan jabatan, sebagai orang lokal yang tidak bisa berbahasa mandarin akan sangat sulit untuk naik jabatan dan naik gaji

    The challengesBanyak ya serba serbi jadi sales nya dulu yak: 1. bonus penjualan sering kepotong yak misal customer ada cancel PO nanti kena potong di bonus sales, kalau minta produksi urgent bonus sales potong juga, kalau ada reject barang tapi sales gabisa nego ke customer kadang bonus sales potong juga :") 2. trus sales lokal gaada supir nya (di branch office ttu) jadi sales harus perjalanan dinas luar kota PP bisa 6-8 jam sehari :") padahal seminggu bisa keluar 3-4 kali :") kalau dinas luar gaada uang makan/uang stay cuman bisa reimburse uang bensin dan uang tol :") 3. karena sales nyetir sendiri, kalau ada apa2 sama mobil dinas yang kena sales nya wkwk. Ada asuransi mobil si, tapi biaya pengajuan asuransi 300.000 biasanya pake uang pribadi sales. trus buat pengajuan nya aja ribet banget atasan kudu marah2 dulu kenapa gini kenapa gitu dll baru diproses pengajuan buat asuransinya :") 4. trus klo customer tiba2 bankrupt/kabur nih tapi masih ada utang, itu nanti tanggung jawabnya di sales, bisa aja utang customer yang suru bayar si sales nya wkwk :") jadi hati2 ya yang mau jadi sales terutama di poin ini Kalau dari tim produksi 1. kalau dari produksi sering molor etd nya, jadi sales yang harus nego ke customer dan kena marah customer :") 2. trus kadang kalau ada perubahan, misal benang habis, ato benang pakai lokal, itu ga konfirmasi dulu ke sales, jadi waktu di customer sales ho ha ho gatau apa2 tbtb dimarahi customer, ternyata barangnya kualitinya beda sama pas sampling/ kode item sama tapi kualitas nya bisa beda hahaha :") kalau dari gudang/packing 1. kocak si pernah ngalamin barang elastic udah kelihatan mata jelas2 kotorrrrr skali/jamuran tetep masi aja dipacking dan dikirim ke customer :") saya sebagai sales malu aih pas itu, dimalu-maluin customer "masa bag. QA barang kayak gini di lolosin" :") kalau dari management: 1. tiap office branch peraturannya bisa beda2, agak aneh. jadi jangan iri ya klo misal disana dapet uang makan disini gadapet uang makan utk dinas 2. susah adanya kemajuan, karena tiap department klo ada salah malah saling salah-menyalahkan department yang lain, bukannya saling menerima masukan dan improve tapi malah duel argument 3. Antara lokal dan non lokal agak susah komunikasinya. yang atasan cuman bisa bahasa mandarin *ada bbrp yang bisa b indo. kalau mau menyampaikan pendapat jadi agak susah. 4. budaya marah2 atasan pake b mandarin :")

    The challengesTidak ada tunjangan karir, yang bisa berbahasa mandarin akan lebih makan hati karena akan dimarahin terus, mengambil kesalahan orang lain dan ditimpa ke kita, atasan yang sangat gampang terjadi miskom, konsul dengan atasan akan dibocorin ke sesama atasan sehingga kita menjadi buruk dimata orang lain.
