    While the coffee is free, the emotional cost of staying in this environment is far too high. For the sake of your mental health, I would not recommend working here. People who still stay because they have no options and needs money. Lots of great talent runaway and had mental health issue afterwards. Also the boss really good at switching the fact and always play the blame shifting.
    The good thingsThe free coffee is a nice perk and, at first glance, the company seems to present itself as a professional and promising workplace.
    The challengesUnfortunately, these initial impressions fade quickly. There is no real room for growth here, and leadership shuts down constructive criticism without consideration. The company values profits over people, which creates a draining and toxic atmosphere. The boss is particularly skilled at presenting lies in a professional and convincing way, making it difficult to trust their intentions. Additionally, the HR leader’s approach to employee concerns is highly questionable, which only adds to the stress of working here.

    The challenges- Boss not accept any critique - Selfish - Micromanage - They will cut you off if the boss doesn't like you - Work based on likes and dislikes not competency - They only value employee when the employee always yes to what the boss said - There is no room to grow (not as mentioned on the ads) - You will be praised like a king when the boss likes you and will be dumped later when the boss doesn't like you - The HR Leader needs to be reviewed

    The challengesSaya mengamati gaya manajemen yang cenderung micromanagement, yang membatasi otonomi karyawan dan menghambat inovasi. Selain itu, saya juga merasakan adanya ketidakmauan dari pihak manajemen untuk menerima umpan balik konstruktif, yang menciptakan lingkungan di mana refleksi diri dan komunikasi terbuka tidak didorong. Hal ini menjadikan perkembangan pribadi dan organisasi menjadi sulit tercapai. Saya percaya bahwa budaya yang lebih kolaboratif dan terbuka terhadap umpan balik dapat meningkatkan moral karyawan dan kinerja secara keseluruhan.

    Unprofessional workplace, not getting the right as an employee
    The good things- Get free coffee every day
    The challenges-Micromanaging -Employee rights are not granted -Messy management -Complicates the employee resignation process -The workload given is outside the contract and the benefits provided are not commensurate -The boss doesn't accept criticism -Not being professional at work -Bring personal feelings into the work environment -National holidays are not replaced by cash or change of holidays - Calculation of unreasonable incentives, and unclear career paths -There is no salary increase for employees who have worked for more than a year

    Enough
    The good thingsyou can get lots of knowledge in term of coffee tools since it hold for more than 5000 brand of coffee tools, work is quite flexible as long as you work hard good thing will come
    The challengesthe career path are quite hard, the quality of our work still be based subjectively by bosses, the job description still crossing another, somehow we need to be flexible to do the job
