Tempat kerja ini sangat tidak mendukung kesehatan mental. Ada kasus kekerasan verbal yang dibiarkan oleh HRD, dan tidak ada tindakan yang diambil. Manajemen (Restaurant Manager & Senior SPV) tidak membantu menyelesaikan masalah, malah cenderung menuduh dan mencurigai karyawan tanpa dasar. Lingkungan kerja yang tidak sehat dan toksik

The challengesPengalaman bekerja di sini kurang menyenangkan karena adanya budaya kekerasan verbal yang tidak ditangani dengan serius oleh HRD. Lingkungan kerja jadi tidak sehat dan membebani secara mental.
Pihak manajerial, seperti Restaurant Manager dan Senior Supervisor, juga kurang suportif. Mereka lebih suka mencurigai dan menuduh karyawan daripada mencari akar masalah dan membantu. Hal ini membuat kerja sama tim menjadi sangat sulit. Perlu ada evaluasi besar-besaran di jajaran manajemen.
