    The good thingsGaji yang ditawarkan bisa dibilang cukup tinggi dibanding perusahaan sejenis, fasilitas yang bagus dan tunjangan yg memadai, training aktif yang diberikan perusahaan, libur yang jelas dan biasanya tidak diganggu pekerjaan jika di hari libur.
    The challengesBirokrasi yang bertele2, sistem sudah menuju digitalisasi tetapi tetap mempertahankan sistem manual nya seperti pengajuan 1 aplikasi bahkan bisa menghabiskan 1 rim kertas tidak go green karena semua dokumen pengajuan harus di print, approval yang lama bahkan bisa berminggu2 hanya untuk 1 aplikasi namun tidak bisa dipastikan status akhir nya akan approve, karir yang sepertinya agak sulit naik, bagian admin yang sangat ketat untuk pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen nya, lingkungan kerja yang monoton. Aktifitas sehari2 lebih banyak dikantor dibanding cari order dilapangan
