As of December 31, 2012, we operated 38 MPM Motor retail outlets, 29 of which were located in East Java and NTT and nine of which were located in eight other provinces in Indonesia.Consumer parts business: Our subsidiary FKT engages in the manufacture, promotion and distribution of “Federal Oil” branded motorcycle lubricant oil. It also blends and packages “AHM Oil” branded lubricants, the OEM motorcycle lubricant brand for Honda motorcycles in Indonesia.Auto Services Business: Our subsidiary, MPM Rent, engages in short-term and long-term vehicle rental services and related services.Financial Services Business: MPM Finance is an independent multifinance company.
