    NO COORDINATION
    The good things- WFH all the time to stop coronavirus spreading - fast recruitment process
    The challenges- No coordination between director to staff - No clear instructions to staff - apply as Interior Project Coordinator, but end up with different job desc to create masterplan - so many bad reviews on internet of this office - company can hold salary without any certain reason

    Manajemen masih \"one man show\" meskipun nilai project perusahaan ratusan milyar per proyek
    The good thingsReport dan keputusan langsung disampaikan dan diambil alih oleh komisaris (owner) sehingga menghilangkan perdebatan yang tidak perlu karena pengambilalihan keputusan/kebijakan strategis perusahaan.
    The challengesTidak ada pendelegasian kewenangan pada masing-masing jabatan sehingga disisi lainnya peran manajerial tidak berfungsi, bahkan keputusan penggunaan biaya (expenses) sampai nilai sekecil apapun harus mendapat approval CEO.
