The challengesBeberapa kebijakan operasional di lapangan masih menjadi tantangan. Produk slow moving sering kali sulit untuk dilakukan return, sementara karyawan di lapangan tetap harus mencari cara agar stok tersebut terserap. Dalam beberapa situasi, tim juga menghadapi tekanan untuk menyelesaikan produk dengan batas cukai yang sudah lama beredar.

The challengesMenurut pengalaman saya, lingkungan kerja di tempat tersebut memiliki beberapa tantangan. Salah satunya adalah sistem kerja yang belum berjalan secara objektif, sehingga terkadang muncul kesan perlakuan yang tidak adil.
Selain itu, terdapat budaya kerja yang kurang sehat, di mana kedekatan personal lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan kinerja. Hal ini berdampak pada motivasi dan perkembangan karyawan.
