    The challengesBeberapa kebijakan operasional di lapangan masih menjadi tantangan. Produk slow moving sering kali sulit untuk dilakukan return, sementara karyawan di lapangan tetap harus mencari cara agar stok tersebut terserap. Dalam beberapa situasi, tim juga menghadapi tekanan untuk menyelesaikan produk dengan batas cukai yang sudah lama beredar.
