    My internship at KAP Morison Global provided valuable audit experience and professional growth
    The good thingsDuring my internship at KAP Morison Global, I had the opportunity to be directly involved in SOX compliance audit processes, including vouching, audit documentation, and internal control testing. I also gained valuable exposure by working on projects for major clients such as PT Era Jaya and PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. The supportive environment and professional team helped me grow both technically and personally.
    The challengesThe main challenge was adapting to the fast-paced and detail-oriented nature of audit work. At times, the workload in documentation was quite demanding, requiring strong time management and attention to detail. However, this challenge helped me develop discipline and sharpen my analytical skills.

    The challengesBagi pencari kerja: Fresh graduate: Tidak direkomendasikan jika ingin belajar dengan sistem mentoring yang jelas. Beban kerja tinggi dan sering merupakan limpahan dari posisi yang ditinggalkan karyawan sebelumnya, sehingga proses belajar menjadi tidak terstruktur. Berpengalaman: Lingkungan kerja kurang menghargai kompetensi. Faktor non-teknis seperti kedekatan personal dengan atasan lebih berpengaruh terhadap penilaian dan perkembangan karier. Fasilitas & kompensasi: Banyak perangkat kerja (laptop) dalam kondisi kurang layak. Kompensasi relatif kecil dibanding beban kerja, jam kerja, dan tuntutan mental. Keseimbangan kerja-hidup sangat buruk.
