    My internship at KAP Morison Global provided valuable audit experience and professional growth
    The good thingsDuring my internship at KAP Morison Global, I had the opportunity to be directly involved in SOX compliance audit processes, including vouching, audit documentation, and internal control testing. I also gained valuable exposure by working on projects for major clients such as PT Era Jaya and PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. The supportive environment and professional team helped me grow both technically and personally.
    The challengesThe main challenge was adapting to the fast-paced and detail-oriented nature of audit work. At times, the workload in documentation was quite demanding, requiring strong time management and attention to detail. However, this challenge helped me develop discipline and sharpen my analytical skills.

    The challengesBagi pencari kerja: Fresh graduate: Tidak direkomendasikan jika ingin belajar dengan sistem mentoring yang jelas. Beban kerja tinggi dan sering merupakan limpahan dari posisi yang ditinggalkan karyawan sebelumnya, sehingga proses belajar menjadi tidak terstruktur. Berpengalaman: Lingkungan kerja kurang menghargai kompetensi. Faktor non-teknis seperti kedekatan personal dengan atasan lebih berpengaruh terhadap penilaian dan perkembangan karier. Fasilitas & kompensasi: Banyak perangkat kerja (laptop) dalam kondisi kurang layak. Kompensasi relatif kecil dibanding beban kerja, jam kerja, dan tuntutan mental. Keseimbangan kerja-hidup sangat buruk.

    The good thingsthe partner did not care about you, they just care about their money and even did not care about their own client. the management is messy. If you insist joining this company, you'll definitely can't last longer than 1 year, it's because the owner didn't want you to step up to the next level (Career Development).
    The challengeslow salary, the toxic working environment, feeling so insecure about anything because you can be fired anytime they want, lack of gratitude, can't have real friends in here, no reason to be in this place. The partner didn't give any advice when you got problems on your working, but blaming you for everything instead. screw this place!

    The good things- Gaji + tunjangan lumayan tinggi - Dapat tambahan uang dari owner langung
    The challenges- gaji + tunjangan yang lumayan tinggi karena dibagi menjadi 2. tunjangan dan gaji. sehingga jika overtime dan bonus pengali-nya menjadi kecil. - hari kejepit nasional dipotong dari gaji dan tunjangan - manajemen kurang baik, HRD menyatu dengan finance. - Laptop sangat jadul, - Tidak ada IT, sehingga mengurus laptop sendiri - Tidak ada kejelasan kontrak atau pegawai tetap

    The good thingsbanyak ilmu yang didapat dari para senior, manajer nya baik-baik mau membantu memberi jawaban atas pertanyaan junior yang belum mengerti. bimbingan nya baik, tidak kenal lelah dalam bekerja. selalu memberi semangat dalam menghadapi para klien.
    The challengesterkendala dalam memahami klien yang perusahaan nya tidak umum, tidak langsung berbaur dan kenal dengan senior karena sering di klien. ada beberapa klien yang tempatnya jauh sehingga kesulitan untuk mencari transportasi menuju kesana.
