A great place to start your career
The good thingsI was amazed how the company created a sense of family. I have a great leaders and team who always ready to help me when I need help or back up. I got a chance to learn so many things and get to know lots of new people from different clients. The relationship between divisions is also great!
The challengesIt's a great place to start your career, but not for long. All the leaders have family connections, so you won't have a chance to gain your career path if you are not a part of their family. There's also no chance to be permanent/full-timer if you are still young, even if you've worked for years! I found my co-workers who has worked for +10 years but still as a contract. The company has also low salary range when our jobs are often overload.
