    The challengesPoor and inflexible management, unwilling to accept input from its experienced team, internal bureaucracy slowing down team work, directors interfering in day-to-day project affairs and disrupting previously established agendas and agreements. When issues arise, blame is consistently placed on the internal team, even though the problems are often a result of poor management decisions.

    The good thingsDi perusahaan inilah tempat dan langkah awal saya menjejakkan kaki ke dunia karir, perusahaan inilah yang membuat saya berkembang menjadi saya yang sekarang. Saya sudah bekerja disini selama 1 Tahun 10 Bulan, jika bukan karena Project IT Support nya berhenti, saya mungkin akan terus bekerja di perusahaan ini, karena sudah banyak sekali kenangan dan ingatan di perusahaan ini.     The challengesKoordinasi antar tim, posisi saya waktu itu sbg IT SUpport dimana 1 team berisi 12-15 orang, dan kita diwajibkan untuk saling berdiscuss jika ada masalah yang tidak dapat di pecahkan sndiri. disini lah challenge nya, karena setiap kepribadian orang beda2... dan kita harus menyesuaikan dgn orang lain agar tercipta suasana saling discuss yang nyaman.
