Aside from Alibaba Cloud gaining entry into the Indonesian market, Indonet has been able to grow its market share “by more than 100 percent. One big landmark for indonet was when then Head of Asean & ANZ - Alibaba Cloud, Raymond Ma awarded indonet with this prestigious award, ‘Fastest Growing Partner of Alibaba Cloud in South East Asia’ on the Alibaba Cloud Summit 2018, Singapore.Alibaba Cloud provides a comprehensive suite of global computing services to power its international customers’ online businesses and make it easier for them to do business with anyone in the world.Indonet has also started looking into other emerging technology such as artificial intelligence, big data, and internet of things as it aims to continue staying ahead of the market.For us, our competitor is the situation. We want to get ahead of market requirements so that we don’t have to compete with others, because if we are competing with others, that means that we are not changing fast enough.

    karyawan lama yang belom pindah ke perusahaan lain dikarenakan tidak punya banyak pilihan

    The challengeskesejahteraan karyawan minim perhatian, karyawan tidak mendapat lembur, tidak mendapat transport, bisa reimbuse kesehatan hanya 80%. tidak ada lab komputer untuk engineer. banyak keluhan dari para karyawan untuk perbaikan kondisi operasional. perbaikan tim dalam pekerjaan tidak di eksekusi hanya karena HRD nya sangat kurang peduli pada kesejahteraan karyawan dan keberlangsungan jadwal kerja tim yang sehat, sehingga terlihat seperti hanya mengacu pada margin perusahaan yang tinggi.

    Good IT Company with friendly environment
    The good thingsThe people are very nice. They are very sensible and rarely got angry. Some of the employees are very religious, made me comfortable to get along with them. I don't feel competition here. If someone got higher post nobody will envy him/her. Very supportive team.
    The challengesNot a risk taker. The owner is very modest in expanding the business of this company although they have the competency and opportunity to do it. Always playing safe. No wonder the brand is not well known despite they are the first private ISP in Indonesia.
