    Manajemen yang kurang baik
    The good thingsFasilitas mess dan perlengkapan di dalam mess bagus, berupa AC, Water Heater disediakan.
    The challengesLingkungan yang nyaman walaupun kadang saling menjatuhkan dan menjelekkan di belakang. Manajemen di HO yang tidak terlalu serius, butuh sesuatu harus cepat dari staff di site tapi ketika staff ingin sesuatu kurang responsif. Reward KPI pun tidak diberikan padahal pengunduran diri lewat dari tanggal

    Management Too Demanding
    The good thingsWork ethic is professional and efficient. Laptop is provided on day one, not like my previous company. Working level communicating is good.
    The challengesBosses are too demanding. I have had my way of project managing, but the bosses have their own way. I have tried to accommodate their needs, but every time it's always missing this and missing that, wrong this and wrong that. I am only in my 2nd month and have already thought about not continuing more than my 3 month probation period. It's kind of useless to hire someone to do work that they need but with non stop criticizing and hard to satisfy.
