Selama saya bekerja diperusahaan inprase di posisi operasional saya mendapatkan banyak pengalaman, cerita, teman diluar kantor khususnya teman sesama transporter dan logistik diperusahaan vendor
    The challengesDi perusahaan ini juga saya dapat pengalaman bagaimana caranya menjadi pimpinan yang bertanggung jawab pada bawahan. Namun, pelaksanaan dilapangannya selalu sulit mendapat dukungan dari pihak kantor terlebih pihak HO baik terkait kebutuhan safety maupun operasionalnya. Dan pihak kantor cenderung tidak peduli dengan kondisi dilapangan seperti : tidak ada uang operasional padahal dilapangan selalu diminta supaya kendaraan bisa masuk / loading ke dalam pabrik, tidak adanya uang lembur yang jelas (hanya diberi insentif Rp. 12.500,- walaupun sy lembur dari jam 17.00 s/d 06.00 WIB.
