    The good thingsHubungan kerja antara atasan dan bawahan tidak terlalu kaku dan bawahan bisa memberikan pendapat secara profesional yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan. Lokasi kantor perusahaan ini mudah dijangkau dengan kendaraan umum sehingga mempermudah pegawai untuk datang tepat waktu.
    The challengesKesulitannya adalah pada saat bekerja diluar jam kerja normal (lembur), pekerja tidak diberikan upah lembur sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku. Beberapa karyawan diberikan upah/gaji bulanan dibawah standard UMR provinsi DKI Jakarta.
