    The good thingsa. Insurance perks are pretty good and complete which covered dental, optic and in patient also b. Flexible one
    The challengesa. No clear training from HR division how to retain and engage the employees to work any longer b. Manager level just talk and not brining anything real impact to the company, just tell what the team must do and finish, wish the manager level can be tested with real KPI and prove their actions too, so they can reflect the qualities of their leadership and competencies. c. Some managers have issue with anger management, they can make simple things to become complicated one and take it personally, even shouting some unprofessional words in the forum if they get upset. d. Hardly to get any bonus and increment. e. No team building budget

    The good things- strategic office location - 20 days annual leave including public holiday - modern office design and building - fast response for IT Team - good work life balance
    The challenges- unclear strategy between diversify portfolio client or make revenue and often change strategy within weeks - some people feels threaten with open discussion and make it like war and battle - no relationship in between team - no company gathering budget - say yes for some features while not ready yet in system - unclear KPI calibration and so subjective opinion
