The good thingsKomunitas tempat kerja yang baik, diberikan kebebasan untuk melakukan berbagai inovasi. Ilmu yang didapat juga sangat baik karena setiap personil mengerjakan banyak hal sekaligus. Jam kerja juga tidak kaku sehingga personil staff tidak dipaksa untuk bekerja terlalu keras, tetapi juga tidak diberikan space untuk bermalas - malasan.
The challengesAdministrasi dan manajemen yang sangat buruk, sehingga banyak pekerjaan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan baik karena administrasi yang bertele - tele. Karena ukuran perusahaan tidak besar, oleh karena itu tidak ada jenjang karier yang dapat diberikan.
