Good vibes company
The good thingsBlibli is one of the best ecommerce company in Indonesia I ever had work with. Blibli have a good environment work space and you can learn a lot in Blibli. Not only that, Blibli always think about their employees. Not many company gives a lot of benefit to their employees, especially for pregnant women (that is my friend's experience yaa..) Over all Blibli is good company.
The challengesI think they loves to set higher sales target but not too relevant with that category it self, company don't want to create the same feature in their website and back office seller (anti-mainstream) like other ecommerce did.
