The good thingsSangat langka menemukan perusahaan yang seperti ini, yang sangat peduli dengan staffnya, dan bener-bener sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah. Kapan lagi sales report langsung ke Chief dan CEO, dan bener2 dengerin curhatan kita sebagai staff yang work di store. Sekali lagi ini sebuah pengalaman yang luar biasa.

The challengesCollecting barang dari brand kadang sangat susah, harus dengan push dulu untuk dapat stock yang okay. Kesulitan lainnya adalah kita yang di surabaya ini berdiri di mall baru yang terbilang masih sepi visitor, jadi kesulitan untuk dapat sales dari v isitor, harus jemput bola dengan join bazaar out store.

The good thingsHal baik yang saya temu diperusahaan ini adalah lingkungan kerja yang cukup nyaman, regime kerja yang cukup santai dan lingkungan disekitar kantor yang sangat menunjang. Selain itu, dengan model kantor tanpa kubikel membuat karyawan satu dengan yang lain dapat berkomunikasi dngan baik.

The challengesKesulita bekerja dimedia adalah waktu yang terpakai untuk bekerja jauh lebih panjang dari pada karyawan pada umumnya, serta kemungkinan harus tetap fast response walaupun sedang cuti.
