kasihan yang tidak lulus psikotes langsung disuruh pulang begitu saja, membuang uang dan waktu transport yang sia sia.
Lembaga sekelas Sampoerna saya rasa sejauh ini yang paling buruk sistemnya diantara big corporation lain yang sudah saya rasakan sistem rekrutmennya.

The challengesSaat saya dihadapkan pada beberapa atasan yang memberi instruksi berbeda terkait suatu pekerjaan adalah sulit bagi saya untuk menentukan harus mengikuti instruksi yang mana sehingga saya harus bertanya pada manager saya untuk konfirmasi ulang.
