The good thingsPekerjaannya di lapangan, jadi tidak membuat saya murung di kantor. Bayaran per harinya lumayan, meski bonusnya hanya didapat jika target harian tercapai.

The challengesBayarannya kecil dibandingkan dengan bayaran dari perusahaan lain di mana saya pernah menjadi surveyor juga. PiC (person in charge) santai, tapi ujung-ujungnya tidak bisa saya percayai soal urusan target survei. Di awal tidak pernah disebutkan ada target sekian dari sekian, tapi pas sedang kerja tiba-tiba target itu ada, dan sumbernya juga dari data perusahaan pihak ketiga, yang datanya juga tidak saya percayai.
