Immature and Incompetent ManagementThe good thingsI met some nice fellows with good camaraderie. It got a nice building and many benefits too. But even that won't be worth much at the end of the day if your mental health is constantly challenged unnecessarily.
The challengesI don't know in other divisions, but under sales.. the targets are ridiculously high (made by management that doesn't have any real experience in the field), systems change every few weeks, higher-ups always want to see the immediate result of everything and don't appreciate small growth, below them are young inexperience leaders who don't have solutions and leadership or just isn't willing to help until through, but they will bug you with works even if you're sick without hesitation (let alone a get-well-soon note), and terrible communication.
