    The good thingsdengan orang-orang yang ramah, dengan lingkupan kerja yg nyamana, dengan sistem kerja yg professional menjadikan para pekerja terlatih untuk bekerja disiplin.
    The challengesmenurut saya, mulai dari jam kerja yg kurang efisien, karna ada tanggung jawab terhadap deadline yg sangat ketat, hal itu bisa di selesaikan dengan cara kita mengelola waktu yg benar dan tepat, agar semua kejaan yg tertumpuk bisa cepat terselesaikan.

    The good things- Hire karyawannya bagus - Attitude karyawan lebih diutamakan daripada skill dan knowledge - Suasana kekerabatannya terasa banget - Reward punishment yang jelas - Gaji sesuai standard perusahaan - Jenjang karirnya sangat mudah
    The challenges- System belum terintegrasi dg baik, sehingga sering bypass system - ego manager setiap divisi masih tinggi - target penjualan sering gonta ganti - belum adanya KPI (key performance indicator) sehingga penilaiannya masih subyektif
