    its all good actually, at that time it was big and everywhere, but maybe thats that.
    The good thingsthe first time i get into big company, so i do enjoy the moment here, as well as all the benefit

    The good thingsTraining yang baik diberikan perusahaan dari mulai Teori hingga Praktik. Mempunyai Studio Kitchen dan Studio Dining Area untuk Simulasi Pasca Training. Trainer yang Kredibel memudahkan kita untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan Pekerjaan yang akan dihadapkan.
    The challengesBeberapa divisi di Head Office menyulitkan kita berkoordinasi karena banyaknya Staff yang dirasa belum mampu memegang tanggung jawab sebagai mana mestinya. Contohnya divisi Finance yang Crucial dimana sering terjadi missed Comunication karena respon yang minim dari Divisi tersebut,

    The good thingsRekan kerja baik, gaji pokok terutama level >staff cukup tinggi, tekanan kerja terbilang wajar
    The challengessistem sering berubah, workflow tidak efisien, masih terlalu banyal butuh koordinasi dengan orang, automatisasi by sistem bisa terbilang sangat kurang, gaji oke namun fasilitas lainnya kurang, pengembangan karir kurang terarah, tidak ada KPI yang jelas, masing2 HOD sering tidak sinkron serta mementingkan urusan pribadi dan divisinya sendiri

    Wonderful experience
    The good thingsHere is the thing, I often find my self in company as student rather than a professionals. The leadership within the company and the pressure made me thought that "I can do better than this" or "there so much room to grow within me" or "I see i can be the best version of myself within the group". Overall, thanks for wonderful experiences.
    The challengesthe speed of growth sometimes made me felt left over. So hard to catch-up the group's speed. But thanks to that, I can see how's the company supposed to work in high speed of growth. I was in operational department by the way.

    The good things- Akan mendapatkan inspirasi (sharing values) dari atasan langsung ataupun dapat siraman rohani tiap minggu (pengajian dari ustadz atau tutor). - Ada employee of the month (divisi tertentu). - Selalu mengapresiasi pekerjaan (reward) dan memonitoring atau evaluasi langsung jika terjadi kesalahan (tidak langsung sistem SP - kecuali kesalahan berat.). - Untuk fresh graduate sangat welcome. - Untuk yang berpengalaman juga boleh. - Semua saling menghargai satu sama lain. - Mendapat pinjaman lunak tanpa bunga.
    The challenges- Jika ada deadline mendadak, akan sangat sulit menyesuaikan jam kantor dengan jam pribadi. - Sistem kerja sangat cepat, sehingga harus cepat beradaptasi, atau akan tertinggal. - Harus sangat fast respon jika ada tugas dari atasan, walaupun diluar jam kerja. - Cukup mengganggu waktu diluar jam kerja, sehingga harus pintar membagi waktu. - SOP masih belum diterapkan menyeluruh, sehingga terkadang masih kebingungan dalam menjalaninya. - Arahan atasan terkadang kurang jelas dan berubah-ubah, sehingga agak kebingungan dalam eksekusinya.

    The challengesBanyak yang tidak sesuai SOP, apalagi alur kerja mengedepankan kebutuhan BOD (atasan) ketimbang SOP yang sudah di buat. Jadi tidak patuh pads rules kerja. Beban kerja banyak, Namun sangat sulit menambah SDM. Dan pendidikan yang Kita miliki belum tentu di hargai (soal salary) Ada beberapa pegawai yang belum berijazah sarjana, Namun gajinya bisa +500rb/1jt lebih banyak dari yang berijazah sarjana

    The good things1. Suasana dan kondisi kerja yang santai 2. Walaupun status karyawan adalah kontrak, namun benefit yang di dapatkan sesuai, seperti : BPJS kesehatan, Jamsostek, Asuransi kesehatan
    The challenges1. SOP yang sudah dibuat, kurang maksimal diterapkan dengan jobdesk dan KPI. 2. Antar unit kerja yang ada, masih mengedepankan kepentingan (ego masing-masing atasan). 3. Terlalu banyak kepala (HOD), sehingga keputusan masih banyak dan sering berbenturan.
