    The good thingsUntuk mengukur kinerja para pekerjanya PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya Menggunakan SMUK (Sistem Manajemen Ujuk Kerja) System ini mulai dipakai sejak tahun 2015 sampai sekarang. Selain itu untuk kenaikan Jenjang karir disini selalu diukur dari SMUK sehingga terukur
    The challengesKarena Perusahaan ini terletak didaerah sedangkan Kantor Pusat adanya diJakarta, salah satu yang menjadi kesulitan adalah Transportasi dan akomodasi. Selain itu untuk menunjang operasional Perusahaan Tambang diperlukan SDM yang sudah kompeten sedangkan didaerah jarang sekali pekerja yang sudah berpengalaman dibidangnya.

    There is nothing unexpected here.
    The good thingsNo stress environment. The company will take care of everything, include breakfast till dinner, housing in site (there are boarding house there with air conditioner and entertainment including wifi), jakarta to cibaliung transportation (and reverse). Slack roster shift.
    The challengesThey don't train graduates, so please learn yourself. We never achieve goals since 2013. Cash cost is higher than revenue. There are every part of cost-cutting on every part of department. But still, it is now in good debt ratio. It would be nice if the company could provide higher number of troughput regardless of the gold's ore head grade. Let's say, for 4 gram per ton of golds ore, and the mine could provide 18 kiloton monthly, this company could achieve the monthly target. Unfortunately, the grade and volume are usually less than expected.
