    No insurance policy, no benefits, sick leave will take the the teacher's salary. expected teacher to work all day and late salary in the end. Very unethical way for internal management international company.
    The good thingsTeaching online and remote working
    The challengesThe online system still many flaws and unstable. Resulted some of online class has trouble to the parents as the customer. still force the parent to pay full with all the tech-issue happened. Very embarrassment It' also mandatory for teacher time to be available all day long. Yet, when teacher is sick and use the sick leave to take days off, the company cut the teacher's salary. Sometimes the salary also delayed with a lot of excuses. I believe they need to improve the healthy policy and learn the basic human right including ethics.

    The company give no employee benefits and enforce the penalty policy treatment to employees for the sake of company growth. Beside remote & work life balance the rest are in need of improvement.

    The challengesthe sick leave, annual leave and other employees right as teacher is worst. The company took a small portion of money from teacher's salary (penalty) when teacher use the employee's right for sick or any other annual leave.
