The challengesThe online system still many flaws and unstable. Resulted some of online class has trouble to the parents as the customer. still force the parent to pay full with all the tech-issue happened. Very embarrassment
It' also mandatory for teacher time to be available all day long. Yet, when teacher is sick and use the sick leave to take days off, the company cut the teacher's salary. Sometimes the salary also delayed with a lot of excuses. I believe they need to improve the healthy policy and learn the basic human right including ethics.
