    Too much office politics. Please improve the HR system. Efficiency should not rely solely on layoff
    The good thingsGood benefits, nice place to work and learn. Very supportive
    The challenges-Too many senior employees remain in their positions despite poor performance, largely due to office politics and favoritism toward leadership. -An excessive number of managerial layers, with limited involvement in execution and minimal empowerment of specialists. -Lack of structured training, particularly in core business and product knowledge. -Ineffective and poorly utilized HR systems. -Other departments are generally very supportive; however, within the HC function itself there is excessive internal politics and a tendency to prioritize playing it safe over effective collaboration. Advice to Management: Improve the HR system. Efficiency should not rely solely on mass layoffs. A proper system with accurate tracking of employee history and performance is essential. Be open minded if you are genuinely seeking to hire experienced professionals and be prepared to embrace change.

    Perusahaan yang GOOD
    The good thingsPerusahaan yang memberikan fasilitas kesehatan yang lengkap (BPJS + Asuransi Swasta), Gaji yang tinggi, Tunjangan yang oke, Subsidi Kost dan Penempatan untuk Level SPV Ke atas yang mantap, rekan kerja yang baik.
    The challengesTantangannya bekerja dengan sistem dinamis dan harus bisa mencapai target. Tapi hal ini yang membuat saya menjadi orang yang kuat dan tangguh dan terus berinovasi

    Overall good, but i think i would be good jika salarynya disetarakan
    The good things- Work Life Balance, Biasanya jarang ada yg menghubungi di luar jam kerja, hanya saat urgensinya tinggi - Supportive, antar rekan kerja saling membantu, tidak ada saling sikut
    The challenges- Salary, dibandingkan dengan teman-teman lain dengan skill dan workload kerja yang sama, gaji saya cenderung rendah
