    It's a great work place for people with the right passion
    The good thingsIf you think working with the foreigners will be stressful and lacking in recognition, this place provides you the opposite. You will be awarded accordingly to how well you work. We are taught to stop beating around the bush and to deliver a compact yet thorough report every time. You will learn the best efficiency in this place. Everyone in the company is also warm and welcoming. You will fit right in!
    The challengesMake sure that the industry is something that you are passionate about and that it aligns with your life-long plan. Otherwise, the workload will be somewhat challenging. You are often expected to already able to meet their expected results without any proper training or mentoring first. It may be helpful if you are the type of person who is able to learn as you go.

    The good thingsBelajar dari budaya asing yang bekerja keras sepenuh hati, sangat menghargai waktu, loyalitas terhadap perusahaan sangat tinggi dan sangat peduli karier untuk jangka panjang (pangkat menentukan prestasi). Pekerjaan rapi dan detail, fokus pada hasil, tidak terpaku pada proses apalagi yang bertele-tele. Banyak yang bisa dipelajari dari cara kerja dan memacu untuk bertumbuh terutama secara mental.
    The challengesCukup subjektif cenderung warga negara / lulusan / yang bisa berbahasa negaranya namun mungkin cukup wajar di perusahaan asing. Persaingan dan negosiasi gaji tidak selalu berdasarkan keadilan (seperti lama kerja, prestasi). Supervisor tertentu tdk ada budaya penghargaan dan kepedulian terhadap kesejahteraan (terutama segi mental) stafnya. Kurang sosok pemimpin yang dapat dijadikan panutan.
