The challengesbanyak karyawan yang tidak bertanggung jawab dengan jobdesk, dan pimpinan melakukan pembiaran. yang bisa bekerja akan semakin di perbanyak pekerjaannya tanpa dapat insentif lebih. managemen hanya ingin hasil yang bagus tanpa peduli siapa yg bekerja. kamu akan lebih mudah naik jabatan/ naik gaji apabila punya keluarga/kerabat meskipun kerjamu kurang baik. dan kamu yang tidak punya keluarga/kerabat jangan harap dapat lebih. jangan tunjukkan kemampuan lebihmu, jgn bantu pekerjaan yg bukan jobdesk mu, atau kamu akan terjebak dimana pekerjaan itu akan menjadi tugasmu, dan kamu tidak akan mendapat apa2. tetaplah bekerja sesuai jobdeskmu. jangan kaget apabila gajimu akan dibawah gaji karyawan baru yg punya org dalam, percuma protes, mereka akan menyuruh kamu ikhlas. mereka akan tutup telinga apabila ada karyawan yg punya keluarga di perusahaan melakukan kesalahan besar. sebaliknya jika kamu yg tidak punya keluarga, kesalahan kecilpun akan dibesar-besarkan. byk lagi...gak cukup..
