    The challengesperlu diperbaiki lagi dari pribadi PIC HR & Development, mengapa? diharapkan bukan hanya Didepan unit lain terlihat ramah, namun di unit sendiri ketegangan dirasakan. Secara keperibadian masih mencampurkan sisi emosional pribadi dalam merangkul para bawahannya dan hanya mau memperhatikan result tanpa memberikan arahan dalam proses bekerja yang jelas sehingga terkadang bawahan bingung apa yang diinginkan ybs.
