I was joined in 2019 while the organization has massive change of the procurement , I was successfully trained the business users to comply & implement the new procurement policy in Indonesia market.
I have improved the supply chain of some category to securing the delivery and managing the risk.
Within my sourcing approach, I also established several new manufacturers and new suppliers to increase the competitiveness of quality, services and cost.
I also initiated to provide a solution and take the ownership while the team founds obstacles during the development process.
