    Collaboration experience with Global and APAC procurement, managed direct and indirect procurement.
    The good thingsAmway prioritize the safety of working environment with encouraging the staffs to stay in wellness, positive work and life balance.
    The challengesSince the organization changes, there're only 2 staff procurements state in market to provide goods and services to all departments. The transformation and changes need a process of transition. I was joined in 2019 while the organization has massive change of the procurement , I was successfully trained the business users to comply & implement the new procurement policy in Indonesia market. I have improved the supply chain of some category to securing the delivery and managing the risk. Within my sourcing approach, I also established several new manufacturers and new suppliers to increase the competitiveness of quality, services and cost. I also initiated to provide a solution and take the ownership while the team founds obstacles during the development process.
