    Collaboration experience with Global and APAC procurement, managed direct and indirect procurement.
    The good thingsAmway prioritize the safety of working environment with encouraging the staffs to stay in wellness, positive work and life balance.
    The challengesSince the organization changes, there're only 2 staff procurements state in market to provide goods and services to all departments. The transformation and changes need a process of transition. I was joined in 2019 while the organization has massive change of the procurement , I was successfully trained the business users to comply & implement the new procurement policy in Indonesia market. I have improved the supply chain of some category to securing the delivery and managing the risk. Within my sourcing approach, I also established several new manufacturers and new suppliers to increase the competitiveness of quality, services and cost. I also initiated to provide a solution and take the ownership while the team founds obstacles during the development process.

Jujur amway inilah MLM yang paling baik bagi Saya, yang terpenting bagi saya mengikuti MLM ialah, Saya ingin belajar secara langsung bagaimana berhadapan dengan orang lain, bagaimana memahami karakter orang lain yang sangat bervariasi karakternya, Dan melatih Saya dalam Hal verbal. Di Amway inilah Saya banyak mempelajari Hal tersebut.
    The challengesProduk yang ditawarkan perusahaannya terlalu banyak Dan relatif diatas rata rata harganya,sehingga Saya kurang bisa memahami product knowledge secara keseluruhan, karena product yang Saya gunakan secara langsung sangat terbatas. Artinya Saya baru bisa bicara product itu seperti apa apabila Saya menggunakannya Dan merasakannya secara langsung bukan berdasarkan pengetahuan dari orang lain.
