The company has been widely recognized to represent leading European Enterprises, such as: Industeel of France, ODS of the Netherlands; and EWM, MESSER of Germany. Due to the vast growth, its business area was further expanded from trading to manufacture.In July 1993, PT Tira Austenite Tbk became a public enterprise with its shares were subsequently listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. Since december 2003, the shareholders are PT Mulia Darma Sarana (44,64%), PT. Widjaja Tunggal Sejahtera (26,24%), PT. Martensite Unggul (20,65 %) and the remaining 8,47 % are owned by public. Today, the continued growth of PT Tira Austenite Tbk. has been maintained in 11 branches and 3 representatives throughout the country. With the company's affiliates, PT Tira Andalan Steel, PT Alpha Austenite, PT. Hal yang baikI had a 3-month internship opportunity, and I believe that the amazing and supportive personalities of my colleagues were one of the main reasons why most employees feel comfortable working at Tira. The commute to the office is also relatively close to my home, so I don't have to be caught in the rush of other employees heading back from downtown Jakarta.

TantanganA company that has been established for a long time and keeps its old-fashioned traditions is one of the challenges for me as a fresh graduate. This is also reflected in how they design and take care of their office building. From my experience, the office facilities need a lot of updating because many of them are inadequate. Speaking of personal development, in my opinion, quoting from employees, it is not well-facilitated. For example, my intern friend applied to become a contract employee after nearly two years as an intern, even though she had completed her studies. As of today, the date this is written, she has not received any explanation from her division manager. Some matters, such as overtime calculations, are also things you should consider if you plan to work at this company. However, since I am not an employee, I don't have the capacity to discuss these issues.
