PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi Tbk. is one of Indonesia’s prominent property developers. The Company was established in 2007, but the owners have been involved in property business through its other company, PT Binakarya Propertindo Group for over 20 years. PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi, Tbk. focus its property business in constructions of apartments, landed houses and commercial complexes.
In line with the Company’s business growth, the Company has acquired a number of property companies currently under the corporate umbrella of PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi, Tbk. In April 2015, through its 20 subsidiaries, PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi Tbk. manages a total of 17 (seventeen) property construction projects within the Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) area, Bandung and Bali.
Currently PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi, Tbk. has a total land area of 1,059,149 m² of which 689,625 m² has been completely developed while the remaining 369,524 m² is now in the planning and development stage. From the total land area that the company has, 135,603 m² has been dedicated to landed houses, 702,675 m² to vertical housing (apartment) and the remaining 220,871 m² to commercial complex.
