    Hal yang baikBahwa PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia membuka kesempatan kepada semua suku, agama, dan ras. Bertemu dengan mentor yang tidak senioritas. Bekerja di Sodexo diberi banyak kesempatan untuk upgrade skill karena setiap karyawan diwajibkan mengikuti pelatihan setiap tahun. Selain itu wawasan juga bertambah mengingat Sodexo mempunyai client dari beragam perusahaan baik nasional maupun internasional dengan budaya kerja yang berbeda-beda.
    TantanganSaya adalah salah satu karyawan organic Sodexo yang ditempatkan di perusahaan Client. Sebagai karyawan organic saya mempunyai kewajiban untuk mengikuti SOP maupun program khusus karyawan yang diberikan oleh PT Sodexo. Karena posisi perusahaan client jauh dari Head Office Sodexo di Jakarta sehingga seringkali saya tidak mengikuti program yang diberikan oleh Sodexo secara langsung.
