The leadership from the Board of Management sets the organization's tone in such a positive manner which makes the entire operation run smoother, which is one of the benefits I felt.

    Hal yang baik- Get a chance to explore and learn so many things about legal - learn how to handle Clients that require fast response. 80% of the Clients are from Chinese company and want everything to be finished fast. - breakfast together every Monday morning provided by the company - training once a month - healthy supportive working environment
    Tantangan- need to understand some Mandarin Chinese terms (for some people only) - working in a law firm let the employee get cases from quite various perspective and this is a good media to develop ourselves since there are so many things to be learnt
