    The good thingsI really enjoy working in Schinder Law Firm. I can work from everywhere at anytime. The office located in famous building in South Jakarta. The office also good and convenience.

    Schinder Law Firm is a great company to work for
    The good thingsThey have high standards for their employees to go by. Here, I have worked with some of the best-titled and right-of-way people. The leadership from the Board of Management sets the organization's tone in such a positive manner which makes the entire operation run smoother, which is one of the benefits I felt.
    The challengesIt is more on how we set our own goal to be able to keep up with the company standard which is a great experience.

    Pleasant working environment
    The good thingsSchinder Law Firm has a pleasant working environment. The management boards always encourage us to improve our working skills, such as communication skills. The coworkers are friendly and helpful.
    The challengesThe challenge is more on oneself to not give up on circumstances in order to achieve the predetermined goal.

    Lessons Learnt
    The good things- Get a chance to explore and learn so many things about legal - learn how to handle Clients that require fast response. 80% of the Clients are from Chinese company and want everything to be finished fast. - breakfast together every Monday morning provided by the company - training once a month - healthy supportive working environment
    The challenges- need to understand some Mandarin Chinese terms (for some people only) - working in a law firm let the employee get cases from quite various perspective and this is a good media to develop ourselves since there are so many things to be learnt
